We contract a retrofit glazier in an area before we sell a measure there. Until that is signed in your region, this form joins the waitlist: it costs nothing, reserves nothing, and we email you the moment measures open near you. The calculator works fully in the meantime.

Within 2 working days we email you with times from the partner glazier in your area.

The measure
Every window measured, every frame checked. You find out then if anything takes the job out of scope.

Your fixed quote
In writing within 5 working days, valid 30 days, with the glass spec and the payment schedule on it.

Only then, a decision
Accept it and the $149 comes off. Don't, and you keep the measurements and the quote.
Questions about the measure
Why is the measure not free?
Because a free measure is paid for by the people who buy, and it comes with a salesperson. We charge $149, credit it in full against a job you sign within 60 days, and send nobody to sell you anything.
What do I get for $149?
Every window measured on site, a check of whether your frames suit a retrofit, and one fixed written quote within 5 working days of the visit, valid 30 days. The measurements and the quote are yours to keep, whoever does the work.
When do I get my money back?
In full if we can't offer you a measure within 10 working days, if you cancel 48 or more hours before the visit, or if the quote isn't sent within 5 working days of the measure. After the measure it isn't refundable, because the work has been done — but it is credited to a job signed within 60 days.
Who turns up?
A retrofit glazier we contract in your area. We name them before the visit. Your contract is with us, not with them.
When do I pay for the job itself?
A 25% deposit once you accept the quote, which pays for your sealed units to be made, and the balance when the job is finished. Nothing is charged unless you accept a quote.
Do you take payments yet?
Not until a glazier is under contract in your area, we're GST registered and insured, and our terms and contract template are published. Until then this form joins a waitlist and takes no money.
